ALTERA FINANCE IG registers a real estate fund

Altera Asset Management company has registered a new corporate investment fund for managing real estate - OJSC Closed undiversified corporate fund ‘Altera Finance Real Estate’.

The new fund is aimed at the premium segment and will deal with real estate and shares of Ukrainian companies. The entry threshold is UAH 250 thousand. This is Altera Asset Management’s first own fund, planned for a commercial launch in late May 2008.

‘According to our estimates, the slump in the world property market won’t significantly influence the Ukrainian one, while demand here exceeds supply by much. Creating the real estate fund, we offer an opportunity to efficiently invest in the constantly growing property market’, says Sergey Klenin, ALTERA FINANCE’s department director. To ensure maximum investment service coverage, Altera Asset Management is actively expanding its financial product lineup, planning to open more funds for attracting investment both in Ukraine and abroad.
