ALTERA FINANCE has become an official partner of the Ukrainian Securities Depository

In accordance with the new Law of Ukraine “On joint stock companies”, which allows securities in the book-entry form only, ALTERA FINANCE Investment Group, joined the Securities Dematerialization informational Program, initiated by the Ukrainian Securities Depository (AUSD). After the preparation and a number of measures the Depository ALTERA FINANCE IG has become an official Partner of AUSD.

In order to achieve this, the Depository has to comply with a number of criteria and requirements, including reliability and a high degree of proficiency. “Elaborating on this question, we have introduced a new issuer service practice, corresponding to the new law regulations. ALTERA FINANCE Investment Group developed a commercial offer and special rates for issuers who do dematerialization. The rates we developed are clear and do not contain any hidden payments. This information can be found on both the Ukrainian Securities Depository site and on our site – the Head of the Depository department Natalya Kolchik commented on the changes. –“The official information publication and partnership of the professional Stock market participants in the Ukrainian Securities Depository will allow the issuers to perform a comprehensive analyses of the services provided on the Ukrainian stock market and choose the Depository, partnership with which will be relievable and constructive.
