ALTERA FINANCE in the person of Mikhail Zhernov has become a member of the Stock Exchange Board of “INNEX”

The Head of the Board of directors of ALTERA FINANCE Investment Group Mikhail Zhernov was elected a member of the Stock Exchange Board of “INNEX”. This decision was made on the shareholders’ meeting on the 30th of June 2010.

Also the questions of adjusting the activity in accordance with Law of Ukraine “On joint stock companies” have been considered. Thus, the decision about dematerialization of bonds of the company has been made. “INNEX” stock market has appointed ALTERA FINANCE as their depository. The financial director of ALTERA FINANCE Investment Group Marina Prihodko was elected an inspector of the board.
