“The main task of the Public-Private Partnership is the investment attraction” – is the expert’s opinion.

Today, on the 29th of September, during the Third Annual International Summit in Donetsk the Head of the Board of ALTERA FINANCE Investment Group Mikhail Zhernov stressed that events of such a level are a good ground for state and business partnership development. He pointed that “The investments are necessary for large-scale reforms. At the same time Ukraine competes for investors globally. It is one of the most important tasks nowadays – the necessity of changes in the foreign investment attraction approach, since foreign investors do not find our country very “fancy” for their capital investments. Both business and state authorities should join their efforts in solving this problem, united under the national project “Ukraine – the investor’s dream”.

The Summit was inaugurated by the President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovich, the Chairman of Donetsk Regional State Administration Anatoliy Blisnyuk, the Chairman of Donetsk Region Council Andrey Hishatskiy, Donetsk City Mayor Alexander Lukyanchenko and others. The questions of modern economical policy of Ukraine in the context of partnership between the state and the business were considered during the Summit, the experience and prospects of the Public Private Partnership in different areas.  

There were more than 1000 guests on the 1st day of Summit, among which were the highest rank state officials, the leading Ukrainian and international experts, the heads of the biggest Ukrainian and foreign industrial corporations.

Donetsk Regional State Administration and Donetsk Regional Council in partnership with such companies as ALTERA FINANCE IG, Ernst&Young, “Effective management” fund and Conference House were the event planners.

Investment Group ALTERA FINANCE, is a constant partner of the Summit and is a member of the organizing committee doing the preparation and running of this event.
