ALTERA FINANCE IG was an underwriter of the bonds placement

ALTERA FINANCE Investment Group was an underwriter of the primary distribution of the bonds of the A series of “Ukrteplocentral”. The distribution of the securities in the amount of 428 657 pieces with total principal value of UAH 16 438 995.95 was made on the 17th of February 2011. The bonds were issued in a book-entry form.

The aim of the bond issue is the raising of funds from legal and natural persons for construction completion of the high-rise apartment building with offices #100 on Bakinskih Komisarov street in Kuybishevskiy district of Donetsk.

Gross residential area of flats, for which secured registered bonds were issued makes 4 290.56 square meters.

One bond provides its owner with the right of receipt of 0.01 square meter of the space of a flat in the building.

Bonds selling on the primary market is made via lots, the amount of each of them equals to total area of separate flats.

Bonds are negotiable in Ukraine territory.

The life of the bond – after the SSMSC bonds placement report and the issuing of the issue of bonds registry certificate - till the 15th of November 2015 inclusive. 

Revenues payments for the bonds are not provided for.

Retirement of bonds will take place during 12 months, from the 16th of November 2011 till the 15th of November 2012.  The source of retirement of bonds will be providing the owners of the bonds with the flats of the corresponding total area in the new residential house.
