ALTERA FINANCE CJSC has changed its organizing property form

ALTERA FINANCE CJSC has adjusted its activity in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On joint stock companies”, and transformed from the closed corporation to a private one.

Company acquired the new certificate of registration on the 5th of May 2011. The new version of the articles of association was registered the same day.
